Return, Refund & Warranty Policy – Ganjaman Groves


Our Promise to You

At Ganjaman Groves, we stand behind the quality and performance of every 3D printer we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery.

All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.

We also provide a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty on items that are found to be defective due to manufacturing faults.


30-Day Return Policy – No Questions Asked

If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.
  • All packaging, accessories, and documentation must be intact.
  • The product must be returned in its original box.

📦 Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

💰 Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, a refund (minus any shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos or videos of the product (if defective or incorrect)

After approval, we’ll provide you with the return address and shipping instructions. You may be asked to share tracking details once the item is shipped back.


Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customer Preference: If you’re returning due to a change of mind, wrong model, or other non-defective reasons, you are responsible for shipping costs.
  • Defective or Incorrect Product: If your return is due to a product issue or our shipping error, Ganjaman Groves will cover return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

🕒 Before Shipment (within 24 hours):
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
Email us at Support@ganjamangroves.com with your order number and name.

🚚 After Shipment (after 24 hours):
You may cancel by refusing delivery. Once the product returns to our facility, a refund (minus shipping costs) will be processed.


Returns & Exchanges – Common Scenarios

🛠️ Defective or Faulty Products
If your 3D printer arrives defective or malfunctions, contact us before returning it. We’ll either:

  • Send a replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund after inspection.

📦 Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong model or product:

  • You can keep it and receive a partial refund, or
  • Return it for the correct replacement at no cost.

Contact us at Support@ganjamangroves.com with order details and photos.

🚚 Item Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Alternatively, send photos/videos of the damage to Support@ganjamangroves.com. A replacement or refund will be issued after confirmation with the shipping carrier.

📬 Lost or Missing Package
If tracking indicates delivery issues or delays, contact us with your order number and tracking ID.
We will open a claim with the courier. Please allow up to 7 business days for resolution.


Warranty Coverage & Exemptions

All Ganjaman Groves 3D printers include a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental or intentional damage
  • Improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
  • Damage due to lack of maintenance or incorrect storage

If misuse or modification is confirmed, the warranty becomes void.
Replacement parts may be available for purchase at cost.


Filing a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please email Support@ganjamangroves.com with:

  • Your full order number
  • Description of the issue and when it occurred
  • Steps you’ve taken to troubleshoot
  • Product serial number or code
  • Clear photos or video showing the defect

Our team will review your case and guide you through the repair or replacement process.
